Welcome to winter in Rabbit Hash. We are having a very snowy winter on the river this year! Mayor Lucy Lou is having a great time playing in the snow, but has not been swimming in the river. Brrr!

We are coming up on the anniversary of the naming of our town. The name Rabbit Hash originated after the 1847 flood devastated the community between Thanksgiving and Christmas, putting a damper on the celebrations and driving all of the rabbits to higher ground.
